A Study on tracking diet quality and diet costing in Rwanda

Project goal

The goal of this project is to quantify the impact of the crisis on dietary choices, consumption, and malnutrition by tracking diet quality and healthy diet prices in Rwanda and comparing them with pre-crisis data.

Expected Results

  • Improved understanding of the impacts of the Ukraine crisis on Rwanda’s diets, market prices, and healthy diet costs.
