Elizabeth Kariuki

Elizabeth Kariuki is an accomplished public sector policy and management professional with over thirty years of experience in providing consulting and business advisory services. She actively consults for the African Development Bank, International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and other development partners such as the European Union, Department for International Development, Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, and the United States Government. She has provided technical assistance to almost 30 governments around the world.

Elizabeth has served as a director at the Africa Policy Research Institute Limited (APRIL), a public policy, research and advocacy firm, since 2012. Prior to joining APRIL, she held various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including partner/director. She is a chartered account (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), and holds various degrees including a doctorate in business administration.
