Conference & meeting facilities

Organizations and companies can book exclusive, state of the art, conference facilities on our secure and beautiful campus. Requests will be rigorously reviewed by our staff and decisions regarding acceptance by IITA are final and will be corresponded accordingly.

Our Conference Center is a modern, air-conditioned, well designed and equipped venue with high ceiling and ample parking space, suitable for international conferences, training workshops, seminars, and large meetings. It provides professional and high standard conference management services to diverse special interest groups. It has a comfortable seating capacity for a maximum of 300 persons, and a small business center with internet access and photocopying and other administrative services. The unique layout allows for flexible seating arrangements. The center is equipped with a huge screen and powerful presentation projector, public address system, translation booths and recording equipment, print and reprographic machines, display panels, all under a perfect cooling and lighting atmosphere. There are also three small break-out meeting rooms.Each takes up to 10 delegates.

Our Seminar Room is a smaller version of the conference center 5 minutes away which allows for more intimate discussions for up to 40 participants whilst two additional training rooms accommodate up to 25 delegates each in comfort.

These facilities can not be used for social events. You can choose between two packages. The Silver package offers you basic facilities and our Gold Package includes additional provision of stationery materials and access to internet for all participants. Please note that our rates are fixed, non-negotiable and only available through our Conference Center staff. Every booking is subject to a written contract with IITA which stipulates all details agreed upon.
