Goals

The goal of the project is to train highly competent trainees and mentees as interns, M.Sc. and Ph.D. students, and researchers, who would be involved in crop improvement programs following a hybrid model where both physical and virtual training will be provided.

Expected results

1. Training of interns, M.Sc., Ph.D. students, and researchers in crop improvement programs.
2. Delivery of training through a hybrid model combining physical and virtual sessions.
3. Development of highly competent trainees/mentees capable of contributing effectively to crop improvement efforts.
