The Cameroonian Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER), Gabriel Mbairobe, and the IITA-Cameroon Country Representative Cargèle Masso signed an amendment to the agreement on youth vocational training in agricultural entrepreneurship and Agri-business (ENABLE Youth Cameroon) on 30 October.
